I have not received my order?

You will have been emailed a tracking link for your order or this can be found when you log into your account. Please click on this link and check the status of your order. If it says that it has been delivered please search your property in locations it may have been left. If you have not received your order within 7 days, or it says it has been delivered and you cannot find it, please let us know at info@kingsseeds.co.nz. To make a claim with our courier we must lodge this within 14 days or we cannot guarantee replacement.
